How to disable module caching?

Hello. I have been struggling with the issue of caching my site for a day now.
When I turn on JotCache or the system cache, the recycle bin stops working for me. I forbid its caching in the module settings - it doesn't help at all. What else can be done to prevent the cart from being cached?
