How to disable m4a download?

Can't prevent m4a audio files from being uploaded to server

validation rules (only video files are allowed)
'mimes:mp4,m4v,mov,wmv,avi,flv,qt'
'mimetypes:video/x-m4v,video/quicktime,video /x-ms-wmv,video/x-msvideo,video/x-flv'

nothing helps, the file skips and as I understand it because it takes it for mp4 (File::guessExtension says it's mp4)

please tell me how can this be overcome?
