I can control keyboard backlight from terminal with

xset led 3
xset -led 3

I made myself a hotkey to change the state and almost everything works. The problem is that if you change the layout language from the tray or hotkey, then it takes control of the backlight, en - lights up, ru - does not light up, how can I turn off this behavior?
