How to disable ispManager?

Hello.
The hoster has disabled the license. IspManager does not work but its processes are still hanging in memory.
Can you tell me the command / instruction how to disable ispManager Lite 5 in Ubuntu OS?
htop shows that this is sbin/licctl fetch ispmgr" loads the processor at 99%
