How to disable Internet access for a specific device?

There is a regular home network modem, a router and a device connected via a wire to the router. How can
I disable Internet access for this device at a certain time? Thanks in advance

It was easier to decide. If you delve into the settings of the router there is an Access Control tab and you can click on the device and block access.

this device has a MAC address and an IP address, you can cut it off in the router, like - google I think it will even show in the pictures
