How to disable indexing by Googlebot?

Good day to all!
I'm still suffering with the transfer of my site, or rather with the creation of a mirror.
The bottom line is that there are 2 domains: on 1 domain there is a site with indexed pages and in the Yandex market with reviews and ratings; I want to copy my site to the 2nd domain (the folder will be shared, 2 domains will link to 1 directory) and transfer the entire link weight of the first domain to it, which will remain with me only for Yandex.market and in the future will be closed from the index.
I have a problem with Google, I can’t set a 301 redirect for the entire site, because Yandex.market will immediately fly out of me.
I want to implement a 301 redirect only for google robots, and all users will be shown content from the site.
How to do it?
Tried different variations of the .htaccess file settings, nothing works. Google does not seem to notice the commands and continues to show the original content.
A request to those who have encountered such a problem, tell me please, is this even real?
Or infa is outdated and now it is possible to organize this only through php scripts?
I took all the information mainly from here:
htaccess.net.ru
I would be grateful for your help.

@justchrome

in the Search Console There are all sorts of settings about mirrors.
And you can disable indexing using robots.txt

@Techinek

It can be blocked via robots.txt, specifying the Google bot separately, so as not to block the entire site. Here is the video manual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtxuWCzkyL0
