How to disable Hyper-V?
Hello!
Especially for vvmtutby - there is Windows Server 2019, when installing RDS services, Hyper-V was automatically installed. How to completely disable Hyper-V and fix the problem with libraries for OpenSSL?!
Please help please!

EMNIP Hyper-V is a consequence of Virtual Desktop, which are an inseparable part of RDS (because it is not RDP).

My answer is rather "for the general case"
For "Windows Server 2019, when installing RDS, Hyper-V was automatically installed" I tend to the option:

Alas, approximately with Win 1703 this is not enough. . .
For example: WSL2
Rather, it is not required for software using the WHPX (Windows Hypervisor Platform) API:
-- VirtualBox 6.0.X (6.1.X is still at the Beta1 stage)
-- Android emulators
-- QEMU
(
Or required, but to speed up work

C VMWare workstation - you really need to disable
C six months ago in an attempt, at least in the form of a "matryoshka" VM-in-VM, to run VMWare workstation
"inside Hyper-V" went through almost all versions of VMWare
And
all in vain
Ie Hyper-V "inside VMWare workstation" - you can, I saw the materials.
But the other way around ...
