How to disable fsck on system startup?
Every time fsck starts, it tries to check my disk partitions, but on the third it hangs tightly, rebooting of course saves, but after one such hard reset, I caught a kernel panic. How to disable this check?

There is a 6th column in /etc/fstab, if it is necessary that the partition is not checked by fsck - put 0
What is happening to you is a very bad sign, you most likely have problems with the disk that end in data loss, so you should disable fsck only to boot and merge the data.
Be sure to check that you have backups and they are in order, also check the SMART of your disk.
