How to disable fn key on logitech k580 keyboard?

Good afternoon.
I bought a logitech k580 keyboard, it works both via bluetooth and via the receiver.
There is one problem, the upper function keys F1, F2 .... work only through fn.
There is a utility for this keyboard on Windows and Macos, but how to fix it in Linux?
Thanks in advance.

Pressing fn+Esc toggles the fn key.
