How to disable error reporting in Windows 8?

There was an error with one game, and on the site in the solution of possible problems I found this:
"(Memory cannot be read \ written) can be avoided by disabling WinXP from sending any error reports to Microsoft."
How to disable sending in Windows 8? Even if this does not help in a particular case, I still got tired of these reports, it would be nice to get rid of them.

Check the RAM first, there may be errors in it.
