How to disable editing of individual cells in a table sheet?
Office 2016. For some reason, setting protection on a sheet makes it possible to either prohibit editing the entire sheet or remove the prohibition of the entire sheet. Like in old offices it was possible to protect a separate cell?

For cells that do not need to be protected, you should uncheck the "Locked" checkbox in the properties on the last tab "Protection", or as it will be in Russian.
