On my laptop (Acer Aspire v15 Nitro Black Edition intel core i7 7700HQ), when it reaches 40% charge, the frequency drops to 800Mhz. I can not solve this problem in any way and it is already annoying. In nutrition, I put 100% in all situations. Disabled all lowering settings, with temperatures all the rules. Neither

A feature of the discharge of batteries of any chemistry is the voltage drop. The lower the voltage, the higher the current required from the battery to get the same power.
So the manufacturer deliberately reduces power so as not to go beyond safe operation.
