How to disable click on webBrowser?

I have a tabControl as well, in some tabs a listView. The listView has two windows, text on the left and webBrowser on the right. Is it possible to make it so that you can not click on the webBrowser, but you can scroll?

Put something transparent on top of the thread, and do not overlap the scorles.

You can also catch the "Navigating" event and cancel any transition to a new page there.
