How to disable change of focus on the menu when pressing the left Alt in Chrome for Windows?

After a recent update (presumably to version 40) of Google Chrome, every time you press the left Alt + Shift as a language change, the focus from the text field in the browser disappears (when writing this sentence, the focus was lost 4 times). What can be done to remove this annoying focus change other than using the new keyboard shortcut to change the language?

After a recent Google Chrome update, the focus from the text field never once disappeared when pressing the left Alt+Shift . Apparently, the problem is solved by Google .
