How to disable cache in Flask application?

There is an admin panel on my website viknasteli.com. And when I delete the last product from the category in it and put another one in its place, I still have the old picture, since the new file has the same name, this is how the program was made. I want to disable the cache completely or update it when a new product is added. How can I implement it?
