How to disable autodial VPN\PPPoE connection? How to determine the application initiating auto redial?
Some application is constantly trying to connect to the Internet. It's not a virus, 100%. VPN connection is regular, designed to access the Internet from the provider's network.

see through cports, for example, which application is initiating the vpn. or run wireshark. it will give a fairly detailed log on passing connections (there is quite a lot of documentation, albeit in English)
