Good afternoon. There is a device that distributes a Wi-Fi network without the Internet. There is a phone on OS Android 5.1 and higher. When trying to connect to this network, the phone behaves strangely. In some cases, the phone immediately tries to connect to another Wi-Fi network, in some cases it displays a push notification (it asks the user if he wants to connect to this network without the Internet), etc.
Who faced such problem? How did you solve it?
Is it possible somehow in the application code to tell the phone not to reconnect to other Wi-Fi networks?
