How to disable any actions on the page in vue.js?

The page has a button and other elements - inputs, links, and so on. It is necessary to prohibit any actions until the user presses the button.
I thought manually in the handlers of all other elements to register a check for a button click. But the option looks crooked.
Maybe there are better ways?
