How to disable all applications connected via API from my instagram?

My Insta account subscribes, likes and comments (spam).
I changed my password, but nothing changed. Apparently, some applications are connected via api to my account (this is very likely, because I previously used different masfollowing applications). How to disconnect from all applications that are connected to me via api?
