I live in a city with a population of 47,636 in 2013. A VKontakte search finds 21,396 people from this city. Question: is it worth creating a group on VKontakte dedicated to this city? How (and is it difficult) to monetize and how much can you earn approximately? What promotion methods do you recommend?
Of the competitors, there is one live group with 2317 members and another live group with 1750 members.

If you want to create a community, then do it for a wider audience.
