How to disable adaptive monitor brightness change?

The brightness of the monitor changes depending on the content on it. How to turn it off? In the monitor settings, I set the brightness to one hundred percent (to remove the PWM), but the monitor is either brighter or darker, it just changes brightness so sharply, like on a smartphone, if you shine a flashlight on it.

This behavior may be due to the monitor, or monitor/video card software.
If chips like Shadow Boost are disabled in the monitor settings, and the problem persists, you need to go to the graphics card settings and look there.
For example, for nvidia cards:

if you go into Nvidia Control Panel , go to " Adjust Video Color Settings ", check " With Nvidia Settings: " and use full dynamic range , and disable " dynamic contrast enhancement ." Restart computer and voila!! No more dimming on dark pages/programs!
