How to disable Active Directory on Windows Server 2012?
Good afternoon. There is windows server 2012. there is ad with 20 users. ad is no longer needed. how to turn it off? and make normal local users? if you turn off AD or if you delete it at all, then all users will be deleted?

Certainly!
The correct way is:
1) On each computer, create unique users (those who will work for them)
2) Remove all computers from the domain
3) Explain to users how to log on to computers now.
4) Demote the role of the server to private and withdraw from the domain.
This is in an approximate version, and so, you still need to think over the transfer of profiles from domain to local (so as not to lose data)
Perhaps not everything was taken into account, since there is not all the initial data on the structure.
