How to disable access to sites?

There is a bunch: TL-WR841L and DSL-2500U and several devices (two laptops, PC and phones (iPhone and bucket)). The question is how to prohibit access to some sites (YouTube, VK, pikabushechka) during working hours. From the list above, I think that installing software on each device is not very appropriate. Can you tell me how poor Uncle Yan can implement this driver specifically on the router and modem node, m?)

Evaluate employees by the result, and not by the soap on the neck, then they themselves will work, and not sit on the peek-a-boo.
You are trying to solve an administrative problem by technical means.
There will be no peek-a-boo - they will bring a newspaper and will read it.

The answer about the administrative method is absolutely correct
. As for the technical means, there is a firewall in the router. The firewall has rules. Rules can prohibit access to some addresses. Rules can be applied over time.
PS. The solution is actually completely full of holes and unreliable - the nearest proxy/vpn and no restrictions. For example, the banal Opera turbo or Yandex browser;)

Clearly in the conditions of the task in hand - no way. Yes, the router has a firewall. But firewalls have long been bypassed through VPN, Opera Turbo, FriGate etc.
Employee control is another headache, I’ll tell you :)
You can set up the SMP and monitor what they are doing - it’s true that such skeletons can fall out of the closet here ...
You can put a server with a proxy, break off walking outside the proxy and get blacklisted
But if " poor" - a financial characteristic - it's probably better to just talk to everyone - after all, there should not be many of them in this case ...
