How to disable 3g on iPhone?

At home, it catches LTE and GSM well, but 3g is always on the same stick. VoLTE does not work nationwide yet. Therefore, when they call you, the phone from a confident LTE connection falls into 3g, on which nothing is heard, the connection is interrupted, and so on until it switches to GSM (gprs writes on the screen).
The situation will worsen further, as operators will not develop UMTS.

So, how to turn off 3g on an iPhone, leaving only gsm and LTE?
