How to direct traffic from internal network to 127.0.0.1:1090 under win7?
Hello! I want to build a firewall. For this, a win7 machine with two network cards is used. One card looks to the Internet, the other card looks to the internal network. There is a stray that organizes a proxy with the address 127.0.0.1:1090 inside the machine. How to make the second card communicate with this proxy?

Through 127.0.0.1, only applications running on this same machine can be launched.

There is a stray that organizes a proxy with the address 127.0.0.1:1090 inside the machine. It is not entirely clear why to use a proxy on the feedback loop, for the firewall functionality. It's like a slightly different layer of the network stack.
