How to set up a tunnel on CentOS?

We have several tunnels up on the CentOS 7.1.0 ipsec-tools-0.8.0 server, it’s not clear how.
Can anyone help?

Raccoon??? My God, is it still used somewhere? I don't know where he keeps the configs in linux, although he only worked with FreeBSD. Find the configs by
looking at the contents of the files in /etc (most likely they will be there).
View iptables rules mentioning ipsec, ike, esp protocol, ports 500 and 4500 (ipsec itself uses esp protocol, ports 500 and 4500 use ike which negotiates tunnel parameters)
