How to differentiate file permissions when using IIS?
Maybe someone knows will tell.
There is IIS.
There are N number of html files.
I would like to restrict access to them - for example, one employee has access only to a certain file, the other - to another.
Trying to play with NTFS rights - everything is unsuccessful. I added a user for reading \ writing, but if I remove the Users or II_IUSR group from file access, then access is lost for everyone.
How can I differentiate rights?

Look at the resulting rights, in theory everything should be shown to you from the iis snap-in, unless of course everything is configured from the file system. Also look in the system log. There may be errors.
