How to diagnose HP gen9 server?

vmware esxi is installed on the hp dl180gen9 server
recently, once a month or two it turns off for no apparent reason.
How can I take logs and analyze them, preferably without turning off the server/virtual machines?

Go to the iLO management interface and see the logs of iLO itself and IML (integrated management log).
Well, it's worth submitting a ticket to HPE technical support on this issue.
