How to develop further in layout?

Hi habr,
I'm still a very green layout designer, I made quite a few layouts, even less than 10, but everything seems to work out on the
fly I mastered SASS on the fly, I got acquainted with BOOTSTRAP while completing an order, it seems that there are no problems either, the JQUERY level is just to fasten the slider or burger plugin , modal window
I started GITHUB, just to store my completed work there.
To be honest, freelancing makes me sick , I already posted my resume on HH.ru in the hope of getting at least an intern, but so far I have been denied all my responses I
am 17 years old , while there is still time sit on your parents' necks, so income is desirable, but not so important yet.

So here is the essence of the question:
OR
1 - start studyingwordpress , joomla or other CMS and focus on freelancing for the time being , bring BEM to the ideal, learn how to write in jquery yourself, and rivet landings, business cards and small stores and pull them, GENERALLY an option here and now.
+ money and little experience
will appear - I’ll hang out freelancing for a long time , then it will be difficult to develop as described below

OR
2 - start learning JS right today , then you have a choice: React or Vue.js, a little practice and again exhibit on the labor market, like on the same hh.ru for such a lot of vacancies GENERALLY here is an option for the future
+ I will leave freelancingto where I will be organized, permanent working conditions and a guaranteed salary
- it will take some time, this means at the computer 24/7, I hardly see my friends at all, and then the roof will go completely , but then I will come to the goal about which dreamed

SMART UNCLE, give advice on how to be, maybe I overestimate myself in general, share your experience or suggest other options
Thanks in advance for the answers, for me at the moment it is very important !!

Coding and seeing friends are antonyms. You either go headlong into it, or remain among walks and waste of time. After path 2 , you are unlikely to be able to return to the old environment.

it will take some time, it means at the computer 24/7, I almost don’t see my friends in general, and then the roof will go completely, but then I will come to the goal that I dreamed of

Move in that direction. Moreover, there is time to sit on the neck of the parents. Then you will arrange yourself, and you will be able to help them.

SMART UNCLE, give advice on how to be

Learn to google first. A good IT specialist (it doesn’t matter if he is a programmer, analyst, consultant) is distinguished from a bad one by one thing - the ability to solve problems on his own, the less you ask stupid questions that you can get yourself, just by googling, the more respect you will have. Now - You asked a stupid question, the answer to which was received by your colleagues in 50% of the posts of the toaster.
Mastered SASS on the fly

No, Sass is not just parentheses and quotes-free syntax in a tree structure. And also mixins, functions, directives about which you 100% do not know, since they are almost never used in the layout of small projects (well, except to connect styles and import individual layout components). Therefore, this argument can be compared with "I studied the structure of the car on the fly, I changed the candles yesterday"

You need HTML\CSS\BEM\JS→Vue\React.
It was not worth dividing them into two points, since everything that you called → frontend. At the same time, the engines are secondary, but no one has died from them yet. Unless from joomla)
In any case, it will take you a lot of time to become a good frontend or full. Or you are a genius.
