Now all my applications are created under 10 Windows. And there are two questions.
1. I do not have devices with other operating systems. Is it possible to make applications, for example, under chrome os, without having a chromebook?
2. If the application is compiled on Windows 10, will it run on Windows 7, vista, xp? And is the statement true: to run an application on xp, you need to have a PC to compile the application on xp?

Take virtual machines and check. And you can collect on virtual machines.
