How to develop an entrepreneurial approach?
The question was inspired by this statement, which I saved from the comments on the Toaster:
You have a dreamer's attitude. You first do what you like, and then you expect it to be useful to someone. There is a chance of success, but it is extremely small.
There is an entrepreneurial approach, to think every day, every hour and every moment of time about how you can be useful to others. Once you understand this, you will see that the python market is extremely small and having this knowledge is of little use to you. And when you are of little use, then your price will be low.
PHP, 1C Bitrix or WordPress have a much larger market. With this knowledge, you can be much more useful to others. Provided that you learn to think in this way. It's not easy and not everyone succeeds.
And then what kind of education or nationality do you have - yes, no one cares from the big mountain. And for those who don’t give a damn, they just lie and cover up other motives. Or they just don’t want to offend you - if you have a mind with a gulkin nose.

Doing something you don't like is wasting your life. Therefore, you need to find the intersection of the set of all things that you like to do with the set of all things that people need.
As for php/python etc. this is not entrepreneurship. This is hired labor.
You will be an entrepreneur when you learn how to extract maximum profit from one thing by replicating it to many customers.
I can recommend books that have had a great influence on me personally.
Rework by You-Know-Who,
Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged,
Richard Branson's Losing My Virginity,
Robert Cialdini's The Psychology of Influence.
I can’t say that all of them are strictly for entrepreneurship, but I am sure that they will help a lot in achieving your goal.
everything is simple: sit on bread and water for a week or get a job as a helper at a construction site - run around with a stretcher 12 hours a day. and an entrepreneurial approach will come very quickly.

In the vast majority of cases, they are one and the same. You learn/buy a tool to earn money with it. Entrepreneurship in its purest form.
I would encourage the OP to dig towards the business approach. This is much more promising than the entrepreneurial approach. This is when, instead of learning python, and then looking for work / orders, you hire (= sell more expensively) someone who has already learned it. Having developed this vein, you can sell anything, barely delving into the topic.
The simplest and most understandable book that would be worth starting with (and then, perhaps, returning to it again) is Poor Dad, Rich Dad Robert Kiyosaki download for free and without registration. For a quick reference, there is an abridged comic book for kids. Judging by the question in the title, you can start just with a comic book.
