How to develop a graphical application in C# on Linux?

I sit now under Linux and I write on .Net Core. I thought about developing the graphical component of my programs, but the answers in Google are either not clear or there are none. Therefore, I am writing here, where the answer will be 100%.
What programs / libraries are needed to develop a graphical component?
Currently using VSCode + .Net Core 3.0
