Hello! Need help, hint or solution, whatever, you need to develop a circuit that sets the blinking frequency and brightness of 4 diodes through 3 buttons. At the same time, provide 4 gradations of brightness and 4 flashing frequencies. The first press of the combination of buttons 1 and 2 sets the flashing frequency, the second press of the combination sets the brightness. Press confirmation is determined by button 3.
