How to determine which command is in the remote control pack?

I have a dump of buttons from remote controls, unfortunately IRRemote could not determine the protocol with which the pressed button is transmitted. How can you determine what exactly is transmitted in the package?

3600 1500 600 1150 550 400 550 350 550 400 500 1250 550 350 550 400 550 400 550 1200 550 400 500 400 350, 550, 1200, 550, 400, 550, 350, 600, 350, 550, 1150, ..........

At this stage, I am going to at least build a graph, see graphically how it is on the graph, and as a result, I wonder what specialized software can I use? or at least how to build it correctly in simulink and other programs.
I would like to see how it is in the picture

What difference does it make what exactly is transmitted if it is known which sequence corresponds to pressing which button?
