What does the inscription next to the capacitor mean? Is it possible to determine the capacity from it? Do I understand correctly that 0.1U means 0.1 uF, and 0402 is the size? And the inscription 16v4z?

A capacitor has many parameters, but only two are important for the correct operation of the circuit - its capacitance and operating voltage (although, of course, in some specific circuits, leakage current, parasitic inductance, and temperature dependences also have an effect).
You determined 0.1 uF correctly, and Urab here is 16 volts. Everything else is unimportant, whatever it means.
