How to determine whether geographic coordinates are included in the area of a polygon whose vertices are also given?

Several polygons are drawn on Yandex.Maps. The coordinates of their vertices are stored in the database. There are point coordinates received from the geocoder. How to programmatically determine in which of the polygons the coordinates of the desired point fall? That is, not loading maps, but inside your code?
Add. By means of Yandex maps, but not in the browser. Maybe there is a way or a library. Or, in extreme cases, by means of other KGS.

Or I didn’t understand something, or your skis don’t go. Any student should be able to google the occurrence of a point in a polygon .
If you have everything in the base then use the spatial extensions for the base and count there.
