How to determine what the text is encoded with and decode it?

Good afternoon. There was a task to dig out text resources from a mobile game on Unity to fill the fansite. In the cache downloaded by the game, the \cache\info\en\ and cache\lang\en\ folders were found. In both, the file names are encoded in base64 and inside the files themselves, the text is encoded with something similar, but the decoders do not take it. Example files: script.txt and InfoSkillEffectRes . Please help me figure it out, I really don’t want to recognize text from screenshots.

All the question is removed, this is the usual base64, and inside the text is compressed by gzip.
