How to determine what periodically troit in windows 10?
Hello. Monoblock - Windows 10pro x64. No software works in the background (except perhaps the browser).
The problem is this:
Periodically it starts to "triple", in bluetooth headphones the sound starts to be interrupted (with a very fast frequency, from several times per second to an interval of 1-2 seconds) and at the same time the mouse starts to lag in the same way .. Processor and memory in this time they work stably at minimum wages ...
What should I pay attention to?

To be honest, once the PC did not start, for a long time with a friend they puzzled over what could be the problem .. they rearranged the memory, changed the processor .. the power supply, absolutely everything. As a result, it turned out that the keyboard was to blame for everything, it was old and connected via PC / 2, when we turned off its computer it started up. Here, too, there may be a problem in anything .. only dancing with a tambourine will help here. But not so long ago, I had a problem connecting the phone to the PC .. he just didn’t see it .. although there was a “sound” about the connected device. After a long dance. I realized that the problem was in Windows Defender! Terrible antivirus program .. he simply did not let the phone into the system .. xs why. So you can see how your PC works with another mouse, without bluetooth. If the problem persists, then the problem is in the system. And if not, then change the mouse ..)
I have an old motherboard, in which one usb2 controller (2 usb ports behind) plus an external sata connector starts to slow down the computer even if you connect a mouse or keyboard (and, accordingly, a disk) to them, by the way, you can connect anything, a flash drive for example - they will also brakes.
The problem is hardware, repairing it is more expensive than the motherboard costs, I scored a problem because it is used as a server and it does not need a keyboard.
