How to determine what exactly is broken in a laptop?

About an hour after I ran the script, in a debian distribution, without installing proprietary drivers, using xterm, which in turn used x-server, the display became gridded, the system stopped responding to anything, only the touchpad worked. I rebooted the laptop with a reset, after turning it on I saw this:

Next, I saw an inscription saying that the video card is not responding and gpu acceleration is disabled:

After loading:

Bios: Does

this mean that the video card has come to an end? Maybe it looks like something else? Matrix problem? Has the loop gone? How to diagnose a breakdown?

Machine - Acer Aspire 7750G
Video card - ATI Radeon HD 6650M
OS - kali linux 2020

It was Kali who hacked you.
Kidding. Linux, most likely, has nothing to do with it.
It looks like a dump of the RAM of the video card. If possible (I didn’t google it), then disable the discrete one and switch to the built-in BIOS in the BIOS.

Preferably for renovation. If not possible, then try warming up the card chip. There are video guides on the Internet about this. Just in case, first check the matrix cable. Pull the cover, if the image flickers, then most likely a cable

It looks like a broken memory. If the vidyuhi does not have its own, then it is either the system one that has broken, or the vidyukha itself. The system test is standard, the vidyuhi can be repaired in the workshop.
