How to determine what a client can write in a review. And what is the best way to do "return the money" or "write a bad review"?
A couple of days ago I took an order for upwork "Design 10 Landing Page Templates for Webinar", I needed to create diverse templates in Photoshop for webinars.
In his account, the review rating was 4.9, the reviews are all good. The client seemed to be adequate, wrote clearly and clearly, put milestones on each landing page. I handed over the first landing, there were minor comments, but the milestone confirmed it.
Then I opened the second milestone and then it started ... I did everything he wrote about according to the recommendations, while spending a lot of time to make it non-template.
As a result, having thrown it to him for review and adjustments, I received the following: I closed the second milestone and ended the contract. I wrote him a letter in which I asked him what he thinks about the second landing, what I can change ... everything is business-like ... Now I don’t even know what to do ... Return the money (not a little time was spent on this work), write to him feedback, but what... if I write him a good one and he tells me a bad one, what then ..
I have been working on upwork for about 2 months, this is the first time .. Only 3 closed projects with 5 reviews, and 2 in progress. earned more than $500. I don't know what to do.. now there is a rising talent.
