user calls us, calls his card number, expiration date, cvv and we need to know what kind of card it is?
Debit, credit, gift card, etc., preferably another type of card (visa, mastercard, american express).
Is there any service providing such information?

Actually, if you are authorized by Visa, they should give you access to one tricky service. You send data on the card to the service, and it will answer you with all the information, plus if the current card is outdated, and the user has a new card, he will return the data on this new card to you.
