How to determine the price for science-intensive software?

Let's assume that there is a b2b software that is quite unique in terms of the accuracy of solving problems, that of the competitors there is only one world leader with redundant functions and a price much more than 1 million rubles. for a license.
There is only one potential client so far, but replication is planned. How is it customary in such cases to set a price tag - individually and at a reasonable maximum or at a minimum, based on future N sales per year?

Probably you need to evaluate all the pros and cons, evaluate the market. Think through the projected buyers, users. Who will need it anyway? Other than your potential user? How long does he need to use your software? Author's support? Support agreement? License use?
In general, the price is set after analytical research, one can say analytically using the seventh sense and intuition. And as sales and time, as the market develops and competitors react, the price changes to achieve maximum economic effect and win the market.

Because there is only one tag - SCIENCE, then the approach should be scientific - hire an economist to assess risks and create a business plan.
