Where can I find the author, font license?

Name - Rondalo Regular.
I can't find either the author, or the license, much less any trading platforms where the font can be sold.
In Google, only sites with downloads of the font are requested, but nowhere is it indicated about the free use of it.
Where can you find the information you need?

В самой шрифотовой программе есть метаданные, среди них есть поле «Copyright», часто там пишут все, что нужно знать; но в данном случае, все что там есть, это:

$ FONTFORGE_LANGUAGE=ff fontforge 2>&- -c 'Open($1); Print($copyright);' Rondalo_.ttf
Copyright 1990-1993  FontBank, Inc.
