Hello everyone, the question is not clear to me, the authorities told me to calculate what parameters the server / cloud should have in order to buy / rent it. I myself am far from the topic of server load. So, two servers are required, one will be a turn server, the second will be a media server. So the question arose, how to calculate correctly? Is it just to start a thread and see how the parameters in atop grow or is there some more correct thing? Thanks in advance to everyone for help!

Launch the application on small servers and see how it works - performance, unserved requests, server load. If there are problems - upgrade the server(s).
If you don’t feel sorry for real users, then load the systems with them. But of course it's better to make a script that imitates users. Naturally, you need to represent the number of users and what they do on average.

You can create one stream yourself, and then multiply it.
In any case, there will be an overpayment, since a power reserve is needed so that it does not lag.
I don’t know what kind of crap you will have on the servers, so the testers won’t tell you.
