How to understand what fonts the designer used here?

While there is no worthy analogue of What The Font with Cyrillic recognition - either ask a question here (or on other resources where the design is discussed), or remove Cyrillic letters from the picture (b, d, d, e, f, z, i, d, l, p, f, c, h, w, u, b, s, b, e, u, z) and feed the notorious WatZeFont
