How to determine the cost of an android application?

Good afternoon.
There is a site dedicated to bodybuilding and it publishes an interesting training program for me. I am now learning to program for android and, as a practice, I wrote an application for myself that contains information from the above site, as well as a training diary, scheduler and reminders that are convenient for me. Having finished the program, just in case, I contacted the site administrator and clarified whether they would be against the use of their information in my application, they answered that they were not against it and asked for a link to the program. I published the app and about a week later, a representative of this resource contacted me and offered to sell the app to them. I must say right away: I did not expect to make money on this application, and I have no experience in this matter (this is my first application for android). Here comes a couple of questions:
Thanks in advance.

I agree with @begemot_sun
But in order to at least roughly estimate your desires, start with an estimate of the real time (in hours) that you spent on it. Divide by, say, 2 or even 3 (because you've been studying and taking the time to study). Take the average net salary per month of an Android developer in your city. Multiply this salary by 1.3 to account for taxes and fees. Divide the amount received by approximately 170 (approximate number of working hours per month). Multiply your labor hours in hours by the amount you get paid per hour. Add here the estimated cost of depreciation of equipment, and other expenses that you had to incur. This will be the minimum amount you should ask for your work.
Transfer the program, of course, with all source codes. And you can read about the transfer of the application itself, for example, here: stackoverflow.com/questions/16432408/transfer-exis...

@Headmast

You can only sell the source codes, and buy will publish this application under your account. The price of the application depends on the quality and size of the program and can vary widely. From 5000 to 1000000 rubles and more.

Value is the product of non-resistance on both sides. This is the only way to determine the value.
