How to determine the authenticity of Windows 8 and above?

I'm getting used to work in the division of enterprise N.
Their local "sysadmin" tells me that the distributions on the computers are downloaded from their corporate portal of the enterprise (the main one, not the division) and the systems are activated by specifying some server kms.predrpriyatiye.net with the slmgr.vbs /skms kms.predrpriyatiye.net
command , activation for this command was received semi-annual (6 months was originally), now there are already 2 months left.
I don't want to take responsibility for pirates and get punished for it. Suddenly, "DEPARTMENT K" will come to me, how will I explain later that I do not have a sticker on the system unit and activation took place through a corporate server?
I am very bad at understanding licenses for numerous machines, please help me figure it out. Am I being scammed, or is this really a licensed copy?
Maybe you shouldn't get a job there - I'll get more problems ...

Sergey correctly says (but, "In terms of the license, you need to find a license in paper form.", it hasn’t mattered for a long time), you have a corporate environment, you don’t need stickers here.
It is required to request from the accounting department all invoices and invoices related to the software and calculate how much was bought, how much is installed. (If one account purchased a lot of software "in one line" then deal with suppliers and on the Microsoft "volume licensing" site)
NB! If you have several legal entities, then it is important to whom it is issued, because transfer of licenses (except for OEM with equipment) is possible only between affiliates, and then there are problems.
HINT! Installed software is easy enough to check by the date of installation. the hiring order was later than the installation date, you will be innocent.
Z.Y. It's strange, but the best person to tell you about licensing is a Microsoft employee, this is not banter.

Do not confuse the activation and license settings with the license itself.
In the license plan, you need to find the license in paper form.
It is even possible to go to the accounting department, get an account there. With the bill, you can call Microsoft support in your city directly and find out everything about your package and how it will be with your license renewal.
