How to determine if my motherboard was replaced in a service center?

My Macbook Pro 15 early 2011 recently broke (began to reboot after a load), I took it to an authorized Apple center and there, according to them, they replaced the motherboard. There are suspicions that this was not done, but they simply cleaned the fans / replaced the paste.

Question: is it possible to somehow determine this fact of replacement. The macbook itself went through a free replacement program https://www.apple.com/ru/support/macbookpro-videoi...

Maybe somehow you can determine by model or revision?

I will be very glad to help!

If you have doubts about whether you were deceived in the service, then through Apple technical support (8 495 580 9557), you can easily find out by reporting the serial number of the device.
