How to determine for which phones the application works?

Good afternoon!
I want to install the Mint: Personal Finance & Money app on my Samsung A5 phone ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... But I can't - it gives the error "The app is incompatible with your devices. "
How can I determine for which phones the application works?

The wrong version of the Android OS immediately comes to mind. But, since you have a Samsung Galaxy A5 phone (if I understand correctly), this assumption immediately disappears, because the minimum version should be 4.0, and you have 5.0. Also, the application may not be available due to the place of residence (unlikely) or due to the fact that you have weak hardware (I would not say so, your phone is very good in terms of characteristics). And finally, one of the most stupid assumptions, but still, due to the fact that your phone is 2016, it may not be included in the list of supported devices.
I picked up a solution for this problem for you: download the APK file of the application from a third-party site, for example, from this one (I gave it out first in Google) apk-dl.com/mint-personal-finance-money/com.mint
When installing the APK, select the "Check and install" item, just in case
UPD:
The reason is that the application is not available on the territory of the Russian Federation
