How to determine at what frequency the RAM is running?

Worth DDR4 3200mhz, XMP profile enabled. I go into cpu-z and it shows the frequency of the RAM 1596mhz. By the way, on the old computer, it generally showed something around 400 with the declared 1333 (DDR3 was). Can I trust cpu-z or where is it better to check the frequency of the RAM (I want to understand if the xmp profile works)?

DDR = Double Data Rate . The effective frequency is what CPU-Z shows multiplied by 2. So everything works correctly.
